Diamondcz is a uk company started in 2004. The aim of Diamondcz is to keep in stock and supply jewellers, hobby jewellers and artists with the gemstones they need for their projects. We want to try and stock as many cuts and sizes as possible so that eventually any gem can be bought localy and arrive with the customer as soon as possible.

Satisfaction guarantee
We are sure that you will be happy with the quality of our gemstones. However if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you can cancel it and recieve a full refund within 7 days of recieving your order. You must return the gemstones in the condition that they were sent in and you are responsible for returning them and paying for the return postage. Please make contact within 7 days of receiving your order if you would like to cancel your order. This guarantee does not apply to custom made gemstone orders.

Faulty goods
If your goods are faulty, you can return them for a replacement or full refund and a refund of your return postage. Please contact us before returning anything, as a photo of the damage may be all that's necessary.

The information we collect from you if you buy from us is: your name and address, to send you your goods and your email address, to notify you of your order. We may occasionaly use your email address to notify you when new gems are in stock which you can opt out of. Your personal information is only used by Diamondcz and is not sold or passed on. Your credit card details are delt with by romancart and payment is passed on to us, we do not store or even see your credit card details.
