We are sure that you will be happy with the quality of our gemstones. However if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you can return your it for a full refund. Please make contact within 7 days of receiving your order if you would like to cancel your order. In order to receive your refund, you must return the item to the address below in the condition it was sent in by a trackable method of posting such as recorded delivery. This guarantee does not apply to custom made gemstone orders.
